There is an awesome new pet product that you have to check out. It's called Cube. Basically, it's sheets of sturdy cardboard that can be fitted together with built in tabs and slots to create custom designed cat condos. And because it's cardboard, it's super green, light-weight, inexpensive and cats love it. Super affordable, too - only $19.95!

Anyone try new Isle of Dogs Everyday line that is in Petco now?

Hello everyone, I have a Yorkiepoo and I have tried Isle of Dogs coature shampoos and conditioners in the past and loved them. I recently was at Petco here in New York, where we live and saw they have a new Everyday line and new treats and was wondering if anyone else tried them yet? I found Isle of Dogs on Facebook and from what I read people seem to be loving the new stuff. I did ask for a catalog on Facebook and some samples come with I guess. I am just wonder if anyone else has tried the stuff and if they like it?

"I never thought I'd be happy about a litter box. I've had cats since I was a little kid, but when I got a new kitten I decided to start fresh, get all new stuff including a litterbox.I was going to get an electric self cleaner, but it's just waaay to expensive. I found this, an interesting middle-ground option.My favorite thing about this is you never have to touch, or even come close to touching waste. You fill it with your favorite scooping litter, roll it upside down, roll back & empty the drawer. The end. Litter changed. I dump mine into scented garbage bags & toss in the bathroom trash.I've read a few reviews about litter slipping out when you roll it. You need to put it together correctly, and make sure the clips are secure before you roll.My only issue is that small litter particles and / or dust DOES slip through the seam, but I need to sweep the stray litter from kitty's paws on the floor anyway, so it's a tiny tiny problem. Not worth docking this wonderful product a star."

i've tried three different collars and two harnesses before settling into this. a pink nylon one with a plastic clip buckle, a green leather one from the AKC with the clip buckle, and a red leather belt type collar. none of them held up. the pink one was ragged and tearing easily, the green leather one slipped loose so easily that she could slip out of it after a minutes, and she pulled the rivets out of the leather collar from pulling so hard.
we tried an "easy lead" harness - but instead of encouraging not to pull it ended up being more of a hassle and harming her. she had an orange harness that is good for runs - but you can't keep a harness on forever and a collar is more practical.
we needed something for when she goes outside to do her stuff and general stuff. we didn't want it to slip or break easily.
this is the perfect thing - it's so incredibly adorable(all their collars are) and the nylon is durable. the plastic grips into the nylon to prevent slipping. we get a lot of compliments on the collar and leash - it's stylish - but it's also affordable and durable.
