It's nearly game time — since your dogs' tail waggin' tailgate is already in full effect, now it's your turn . . . to get them a gift that keeps on giving.
The stylish functional Tailgate Companion has six pockets to put your pooch to work — use it to hold grilling essentials, icy beverages, or even mustard and ketchup (if he's not already sporting it).
If that's not quite his style, swap out a normal neckpiece for the new Kurgo Wander Collar. Its leash ring doubles as a bottle opener. Kinda brilliant in theory yet, while there aren't any laws about walking a dog while drunk, I'm guessing this could violate an open-container policy on normal city streets. But at a tailgate — no problemo.
Do you think these items are more cool . . . or more crazy?
Religion
who brings their dog to a tailgate? what do they do, leave the dog in the car when they go into the stadium?
1That collar may violate your open container law, but here in New Orleans it would be perfect!
2Um, I may be missing something, but do you have to take the collar OFF to open the bottle (it looks like it in the top pic), if so then thats a grrrrreat idea
Let your dog run away?
I guess both of these are jokes. I always laugh when I see the golden in tailgate thing. Just what I want to do put dirty/hot grilling utensils on my dog! But they are funny! I'd rather the dog hold a beer or two in that case.
And a lot of ppl tailgate and don't go into to games sometimes, if they can't get tickets or its an away game etc.
